The Nappy Rash First Aid Balm uses shea butter and beeswax as its base, creating a moisture-resistant barrier that helps prevent further irritation. Nano zinc oxide effectively protects delicate skin from excess moisture and creates a soothing layer, while cornstarch absorbs moisture, keeping the skin dry.
 
Nourishing oils, such as moringa, baobab, and rosehip oil, provide essential nutrients and antioxidants to calm and repair skin. Sesame oil infused with neem offers additional antibacterial support, while wheatgerm oil delivers rich vitamin E to promote skin healing. A gentle blend of lavender and manuka essential oils lends a mild, soothing fragrance and further supports the skin's natural repair process.
